Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
Pacific Coast Grill (“PCG,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pacificcoastgrill.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell anything we collect, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
Information We Collect
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our web server automatically records basic technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running properly. These logs are maintained by our hosting provider and are deleted on a routine schedule.
Reservations through OpenTable. When you book a table through our site, your reservation is handled by OpenTable, a third-party reservation service. The information you provide to make a reservation — such as your name, phone number, email address, and party details — is collected by OpenTable and shared with us so we can honor your reservation. OpenTable’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy, which you can read at opentable.com/legal/privacy-policy. The OpenTable reservation widget on our site may set cookies; we load it only after you accept our cookie notice.
Email list (optional). If you choose to join our email list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your phone number. We use this information only to send you PCG news, events, and offers. Joining is entirely voluntary, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time using the contact information below.
That’s it. We do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics services, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or any other behavioral tracking technology on this site.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. The site stores your cookie-notice preference so we don’t ask you on every visit, and the OpenTable widget may set its own cookies once you’ve accepted the notice and use the reservation service. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate: our website hosting provider (server logs), OpenTable (reservations), and the email service provider that delivers our mailing list. Each of these providers receives only the information needed to perform its service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Choices and Rights
You can browse our site without providing any personal information. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request that we delete it, and we will honor reasonable requests. For information you provided directly to OpenTable, deletion requests can also be made through OpenTable’s own privacy tools.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described above — email list information until you unsubscribe, and server logs on our host’s routine deletion cycle.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
